临床护理路径在甲状腺手术患者中的应用

The Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Thyroid Surgery

目的:分析临床护理路径在甲状腺手术患者中的应用效果。方法:收集2012年6月-2014年6月笔者所在医院诊治的甲状腺手术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理管理,试验组实施临床护理路径,对两组患者的术前等待时间、住院时间、护理质量评分、医疗费用、护理满意度进行分析对比。结果:研究结果显示,试验组患者的术前等待时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),护理质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),医疗费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在甲状腺手术患者中具有良好的临床效果,能有效缩短患者的术前等待时间、住院时间,提高护理质量和护理满意度,降低医疗费用,值得在临床应用上推广。

Objective： To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with thyroid surgery.Method： 100 cases of patients with thyroid surgery in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was given the general care management and the experimental group was given the clinical nursing pathway.The preoperative waiting time, hospital stays, score of nursing quality, medical cost and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result： The research result shows, the preoperative waiting time and hospital stays of the experimental group were both shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, and its score of nursing quality was obviously lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, its medical cost was obviously less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, and its nursing satisfaction was obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical nursing pathway has a good clinical efficacy in patients with thyroid surgery, which can effective short the preoperative waiting time and hospital stays, improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction, reduce the medical cost, it should be widely applied in clinical application.
