摘要
目的探讨高龄患者达芬奇机器人辅助膀胱癌根治术中呼吸道护理的措施和经验。方法解放军总医院自2013年6月至2015年5月共进行高龄患者全机器人膀胱切除原位回肠代膀胱术38例;术前做好充分的呼吸道准备及心理护理是治疗成功的基础,术中医护密切配合、加强监护,给予呼吸道专业护理。结果手术均顺利完成,术后1例合并肺部感染,给予对症治疗后好转,其他患者均无呼吸道并发症。结论通过术中采取有效的呼吸道护理,确保了达芬奇机器人手术效果。
Objective To investigate and improve the respiratory nursing care of elderly patients suffered radical resection of bladder cancer with Da Vinci S system. Methods From Jun. 2013 to May 2015,38 elderly patients were operated by Da Vinci S system for bladder cancer. Sufficient prepare and psychological nursing were given before the treatment, strengthen the monitoring and respiratory nursing care in operation. Results The operation were successfully without respiratory complications, only one patient suffered pneμmonia. Conclusions Through the effective respiratory nursing care were taken intraoperative, the elderly bladder cancer patients were operated successful.
