中央《关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》首次提出"协同推进新型工业化、城镇化、信息化、农业现代化和绿色化",对林业发展提出了新的更高要求。要深刻认识全面加快林业改革发展的重大意义,推进林业发展的实践探索,从深化林业改革、活化体制机制,强化森林保育、增强生态功能等方面努力,全面推进林业改革发展再上新台阶。

According to the document ＂Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Accelerating the Ecological Civilization Construction＂ initiating that ＂we shall coordinate the development of new type industrialization, urbanization, informationization, agricultural modernization together with greenization＂, there raises new requirements in terms of forestry development. Therefore, we should deeply recognize the significance of forestry reform in a comprehensive and rapid way and promote practical explorations in its development, gaining new achievements in forestry reform and development by the way of deepening its reform, enlivening relevant systems and mechanisms as well as strengthening forest conservation and ecosystem functions.
