摘要
高校外语专业毕业生存在就业心理压力大,焦虑情绪严重;就业心理期望值高,经历择业挫折后失落感强等心理问题。影响高校外语专业毕业生的就业心理既有主观因素,也有客观因素。学校要从加强自我认知、社会认知,增强学生心理承受力等方面入手,加强对毕业生的就业指导和择业技巧等方面的培训,不断加强外语专业毕业生的就业心理教育。
Some typical psychological problems occur when university foreign-language majors graduate, for instance, high psychological stress about employment; severe employment anxiety, unrealistic working expectations and the strong sense of loss after employment failure. Both subjective and objective factors can affect foreigu-language major graduates. What university can do to help graduates and to strengthen their employment education are to deepen their self- understanding and society-understanding, enlarge their capabilities of adapting themselves to employment problems and concentrate more on the graduation employment guidance and help them develop the skills on how to choose suitable jobs for themselves.
