风力防风器能很好地解决起重机受大风而发生滑移或倾覆的问题,避免事故的发生。其自锁力曲线和风推力曲线基本吻合,所以在每一点都能保持平衡。风力防风器结构简单,成本低,节能且便于管理。风力检测仪的研制成功填补了防风检测设备的空白。经检测,风力防风器的制动能力大于所有摩擦制动器的制动能力,用它对摩擦制动器进行技术换代,可以安全可靠地避免"不可抗拒"事件的发生。
The slipping and overturn of crane caused by wind can be solved by the wind safety device against wind to avoid the accident. It's self- locking power curve is almost the same as the wind power curve, thus it can keep balance at every point. The device has some characteristics such as simple structure, low cost, energy conservation and be conven- ient for management. The successfully development of the wind power detector fills the void in wind safety detecting field. The breaking capacity of the wind safty device against wind is better than any friction brake by tested, so it can avoid the ir- resistible incident safty and reliably by exchanging the friction brake with wind safty device against wind.
