The Standardization Study of Port Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

分析了我国港口节能减排标准化的现状和存在的不足,结合当前国内外应对气候变化的形势和政策需要,构建了港口节能减排标准体系总体框架,提出了我国开展港口节能减排标准的制修订工作的建议。

This paper analysis the current situation and the main problems of port energy conservation and emission reduction. Based on the situation of replying the climate change at home and abroad and the policy needs, the general framework of standard system on the port energy conservation and emission reduction is proposed. It will benefit to lay a foundation of making and revising standards of China port energy conservation and emission reduction.
