摘要 通过L16(44)正交实验考察了双氧水用量、催化剂用量、反应时间和反应温度对环氧棉籽油环氧值的影响,优化合成工艺。结果表明,100 g棉籽油,催化剂用量0.8 g,双氧水用量130 m L,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为7 h,产品的环氧值为6.20%,酸值为1.496 mg Na OH/g,碘值为2.58g/100 g。所得制品通过红外和核磁共振表征,确证棉籽油被环氧化生成环氧棉籽油。 The effect of the important factors on the epoxy value, such as the amounts of hydrogen perox- ide and catalyst, the reaction temperature and time, were investigated by the L16 (4^4) orthogonal experi- ments. The technics were optimized. The results showed that the epoxy value of the product could reach 6.20% with the acid value 1. 496 mg NaOH/g and the iodine value 2.58 g/100 g under the conditions of 100 g cottonseed oil, 0.8 g catalyst and 130 mL hydrogen peroxide under 60 ℃ for 7 h. The products were characterized by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance to confirm that the cottonseed oil was ep- oxidized to epoxidized cottonseed oil.
