宁夏煤矿安全生产控制考核指标体系的现状及对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Assessment Index System of Ningxia Cool Mine Safety Coal Production Control

通过对宁夏煤矿安全生产控制考核指标体系的现状、存在的主要问题及原因分析,对如何更有效地实施煤矿安全生产控制考核指标体系,提出了明确职责、强化安全生产控制指标考核、科学合理地确定和分解控制指标、加强监督、奖惩机制等方面的对策。

After analysis of present situation, existing problems and reasons to the problem of Ningxia coal mine safety production assessment index system, we proposed some strategies to efficiency implement coal mine safety production control index evaluation system： special professions, strengthen production safety con- trol index evaluation system, scientifically determine and decompose the control target, strengthen supervision and punishment mechanism and so on.
