摘要
在李家坝煤矿井筒施工过程中,为了使其能够顺利通过含有丰富地下水的流砂层地段,首先对井筒进行局部冻结,然后采用钻爆法、综掘法及人工风镐掘进法进行井筒掘进,最后采用初次喷射混凝土及型钢支架支护,二次浇注钢筋混凝土壁及壁后注浆,并形成全断面封闭的支护形式。经工程实践表明,能够使井筒安全通过流砂层并能较好地保证井壁的稳定性。
In the construction process of Lijiaba mine shaft, to make it pass through the flow sand with rich groundwater area, several supporting means were applied. Firstly, the shaft was partial frozen; then the three methods of drilling and blasting method, mechanized excavation method and artificial hammer excava- tion method for shaft were carried out; lastly the first time injection of concrete and steel support were actu- alized, and the second time reinforced concrete wall and grouting behind shaft wall were put into effect and the closed whole section support style was formed. The engineering practice shows that the support scheme can make the shaft pass through the flow sand safely and can ensure the stability of shaft lining.
