摘要
本文根据甲醇制丙烯装置烃压缩机汽轮机实际运行情况,对汽轮机转子振动突增问题进行了对比描述,详细分析了油膜涡动、主蒸汽及抽气系统工况波动、压缩机振动、蒸汽品质等因素对汽轮机转子振动突增的影响情况。同时结合装置汽轮机组检修情况,判断导致事故发生的可能原因,为整个甲醇制丙烯装置系统的稳定运行,提供了保障。
The article describes the uprush of steam turbine rotor vibration based on compressor and steam turbine of methanol to propylene device, analyzes the influence among oil whirl, main steam, fluctuation of gas extraction system, vibrationof compressor and quality of steam turbine, combines maintenance of steam turbine device to find out the causes of the accident and provides stable operation guarantee of methanol to propylene device system.
