摘要
通过具体实验验证了多相试样的基体效应,着重研究了参比强度、衍射强度、X射线管功率、扫描速度及各物相粒度分析结果的影响。研究发现,在进行定量分析时,衍射线强度用积分强度、各物相的粒度相近且足够细,以及X射线功率较大时分析结果较好。XRD物相分析,有利于对锅炉内壁水垢矿物物相的研究,从而保证锅炉在节能、安全、高效的情况下运行[1]。
Industrial boiler number accounts for about 96% of the total in boiler. Regular scale removal is to ensure that the boiler safe and economic operation of the way. The research mainly focused on the experimental factors such as I/Ic, intensity of diffraction, size of particles, power of X-ray tube. The research showed that the quantitative analysis would be satisfactory when integral intensity, finer and evener particle size and higher power of X-ray tube are adopted. The mineral components of boiler scale are also analyzed. The result shows that the boiler scale is composed of aragonite and calcite, which is of the same chemical formula CaCO3 and their ratio is 92.1% and 7.9% relatively. The result would be useful for the technology of boiler cleaning.
