管型氧敏陶瓷元件的制备工艺及性能测试

摘要 采用凝胶注模成型制备管型5YSZ陶瓷坯体,探讨5YSZ陶瓷元件的制备工艺及其性能。结果表明,凝胶注模成型陶瓷坯体的显微结构均匀、致密度高,陶瓷样品具有优良的电性能。1400℃烧结5YSZ陶瓷晶粒间结构紧密,600℃和800℃时离子电导率σion分别为5.4×10-3 S/cm和5.9×10-2 S/cm。900℃烧结Pt电极表面颗粒细小,且分布均匀的微孔,电极催化活性高。 The gelcasting was employed to process tube -type ceramics with the component of 5YSZ ,and the preparation processes and performances of the ceramics were discussed .The results showed that the ceramic body using gelcasting exhibited homogeneous microstructure and high densi‐ty ,the ceramics displayed excellent electrical properties .The grain of 5YSZ ceramics sintering at 1400℃ showed combination .The ionic conductivity of 5YSZ ceramics sintering at 1400℃ are 5 .4 × 10-3 S/cm at 600℃ and 5 .9 × 10-2 S/cm at 800℃ ,respectively .The surface of Pt electrode sintering at 900℃ showed fine particles and homogeneous microporous ,displaying highly catalytic activity .
