摘要
为解决建筑物在煤层开采过程中受地表移动变形影响的问题,采用有限元分析软件ADINA,选取钢结构建筑厂房作为研究对象,利用覆岩参数建立几何模型,模拟采煤过程中的地表移动对上部建筑物—钢结构厂房的影响.结果表明:钢结构厂房柱的变形主要受垂直方向变形量影响,梁受水平方向变形量影响;在运用ADINA软件模拟过程中,根据具体情况适当简化模型,将各岩层看作厚度均匀、并且不存在断层等造成采空区不连续的因素,得出的变形结果与实际观测值比较差距不大,可以反映工程实际,证明有限元软件ADINA在模拟建筑物受开采沉陷影响的领域是可行的.
In order to solve the problem of buildings affected by the surface movement deformation in the process of coal seam mining, using the finite element analysis software ADINA, the steel structure workshop was be selected as the research object, the geometric model was established based on the strata parameters, the influence of surface movement in the process of coal mining to the upper building—steel structure workshop was simulated. The results show that the deformation of steel structure workshop column was mainly affected by vertical deformation, the deformation of steel structure workshop beam was mainly affected by horizontal deformation. And in the simulation process of using the finite element analysis software ADINA, the model was simplified according to the specific situation, each strata was regard as uniform thickness and there is no fault which factors cause the mining area discontinuous, The deformation results compared with the observed values has little gap, this can reflect the engineering practice, and the finite element software ADINA was used in the area of simulation about the upper mine buildings affected by mining subsidence was be proved.
