摘要
为保证喷嘴流量试验台喷嘴入口压力恒定,提高喷嘴入口压力稳定性和控制精度,建立了试验台供油系统的传递函数,结合自整定模糊PID控制方法,利用Simulink软件进行仿真.结果表明:系统能够实现对喷嘴入口压力的有效调节.
Nozzle flow test beds are the key equipments used to detect the flow performance of aeroengine lubricating oil nozzles. Assuring nozzle-inlet pressure constant is the key of nozzle flow measurement. In order to improve the nozzle inlet pressure stability and control accuracy, the transfer function of the oil supply system is established. Combined with self-tuning fuzzy PID control method, simulation is carried out by using Simulink software. The results show that the system can realize the effective regulation of nozzle inlet pressure.
