摘要 探讨建立一种尿酸酶偶联法测定血清尿酸的方法 .采用尿酸酶偶联法测定血清尿酸反应前后吸光度的变化,与标准品相比较,求得标本中尿酸的浓度.精密度试验批内精密度CV值为0.87%,批间精密度CV值为1.24%,线性范围可达1190μmol/L,与其他相关试剂比较γ=0.996 0.本试剂方法简便,结果准确、线性范围宽,试剂稳定,价格低廉,可用于检测临床标本. A method for the determination of serum uric acid by uric acid enzyme coupling method was established. Uric acid enzyme coupling method was applied for detecting serum uric acid(UA)concentrations according to the absorbance changes,and the results were analysed comparing with the standard controls. The intra-assay CV were 0.87%,the inter-assay CV were 1.24%,the linear ranges were up to 1190μmol/L. Comparison with other similar reagentsγ=0.996 0. This method is simple,accurate and wide linear range,reagent stability and low prices. It can be used to detect clinical samples.
