摘要
人才竞争力是区域经济发展中的核心竞争力,明确区域内部人才竞争力水平与差异是制定人才发展政策,提升区域人才竞争力,促进经济发展的前提条件。以中原经济区为研究案列,选取人才竞争力评价模型并结合GIS空间分析技术与Prism Map(三维棱柱图)表达方法对人才竞争力进行测度与可视化表达。结果表明,中原经济区内郑州市人才竞争力最强(具有绝对优势),人才竞争力较强的市为洛阳、新乡、邯郸、南阳、蚌埠,聊城、菏泽、安阳、开封人才竞争力水平居中,其他地市人才竞争力水平较弱。
Talent competition was the core competitiveness of the regional economic development. Cleating the area of internal talent level of competitiveness and the difference were the precondition that formulated the policy of talent, enhanced the competitiveness of regional talent, promoted the development of economic. This paper took the central plains economic region (CPER) as the research case, selecting talent competitiveness evaluation model combined with GIS spatial analysis technology and the prism map representation methods of threedimensional prism(chart) to measure the visual talent competition. The results showed that,in the CPER,Zhengzhou was the most competitive talent(having an absolute advantage). And the talent more competitive zone included Luoyang, Xinxiang, Handan, Nanyang, Bengbu, Liaocheng, Heze, Anyang, Kaifeng were in the medium level. Other cities talent level of competition was weak.
