摘要
生态认证制度是一种利用市场机制进行生态补偿和生态保护的自愿性体系,在生态文明建设中起着重要作用。采用信号理论和博弈论分析了生态认证的信号传递特性及其作用机理,该特性既能减少消费者的信息成本,又能将生产者与竞争对手区分出来,减少市场上的信息不对称现象。为保证生态认证制度信号传递机制的正常发挥,必须从认证标准和认证行为两个方面来完善和监管,使其具有公正性和可信性。
Ecocertification mechanism was a voluntary system that used market mechanisms to make ecological protection and ecological compensation, playing an important role in the construction of ecological civilization. This paper analyzed the signaling transfer characteristics and mechanism of ecological certification with signal theory and game theory. The feature could reduce the information costs for consumers, but also be able to distinguish between producers and competitors, reducing the information asymmetry on the market. In order to ensure the normal functioning of signaling transfer of ecological certification mechanisms, certification standards and certification behaviors should be improved and regulatory for its impartialitv and credibilitv.
