摘要
介绍了由天津渤海化工集团设计，湖北凯毅石化设备制造有限公司制造，天津大沾化工股份有限公司安装并开车调试的三效逆流降膜蒸发装置的特点、工艺流程、运行中存在的问题及解决措施。实际运行证明，该装置运行稳定，汽耗达到世界同类装置先进水平。
The characteristics, process flow of an evaporation plant of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda were introduced as well as the problems occurred during test run and the solving measures. The plant was designed by Tianjin Bohai chemical industry group Co., Ltd, Manufactured by Hubei Kaiyi Petrochemical Equipment Manufacturing Co,Ltd, engineering installed by Tianjin Dagu Chemical Co., Ltd, which was also responsible for startup and adjustment of the plant. The practical running proved that the steam consumption of the plant reached the advanced level of similar plants at home and abroad.
