摘要
研究适用于内河化学品船舶的监控系统整体需求，设计系统总体框架，进行软硬件系统开发，实现化学品船舶航行状态的实时监控，可为化学品船舶安全运行提供重要保证。
This article researched the whole requirement of Inland river chemicals ships monitoring system,designed the system general framework, developed the hardware and software system, realized the real time monitoring of chemicals ships navigational status,could provide important guarantee for the chemicals ships safe operation.
