油田常温集输工艺技术研究

Research of oilfield normal temperature gathering and transportation process technology

常温集输是指利用井口剩余压力与温度对油水进行常温集输。目前，我国油水加热集输油田使用较为普遍，采用这种加热集输会在很大程度上增加集输原油的加热能耗，实现油田集输系统的常温运行，能有效的减少加热能耗，降低输油成本，能产生巨大的效益。本文简单介绍了几种油田常温集输工艺技术，以及如何优化集输工艺进行了探讨。

Normal temperature gathering and transportation process is to utilize wellhead residual pressure and temperature to gather and transport oil and water at normal temperature.At present, our country oilfield generally utilizes the oil and water heating gathering and transportation,this method increases the heating energy consumption of gathering crude oil in a large extent.The realization of normal temperature operation can reduce the heating energy consumption efficiently, reduce the cost and produce great benefit.This article simply introduced several oilfield normal temperature gathering and transportation processes,and discussed how to optimize the gathering and transportation technology.
