摘要
在油田的开发过程中,含水原油一般会形成油包水型的乳状液。掺水输送的最终目的是减少输送能耗,而输送时产生的摩擦阻力是造成能耗增加的主要原因,想要减小摩擦阻力可以通过增加水相体积使乳液转相而降低乳液状粘度的方法。本文简述了掺水输送室内研究机理,通过对油田原油流变进行测试并对其实际情况预测来确定掺水边界和减掺水实施方案。
During the oilfield development process, the wet crude usually form the water-in-oil emulsion. The ultimate purpose of watering transportation is to reduce transport energy consumption, while the frictional drag caused by transportation is the main reason of energy consumption increase, increases water volume to change emulsion phase to reduce the viscosity of emulsion can reduce the friction resistance.This article simply introduced the desk research mechanism of watering transportation, through the test of oilfield crude oil flowing deformation and the prediction of practical condition to confirm the water blending boundary and the watering reduction scheme.
