离子色谱法检测水中草甘膦的验证试验

摘要 建立了离子色谱法直接测定水中草甘膦的分析方法。方法:以IonPac AS-19阴离子交换柱为分析柱,淋洗液为30mmol/LKOH溶液,流速为1.00mL/min,进样量100uL进行检测。结果:方法的线性范围为0mg/L~1.5mg/L,检出限为0.05mg/L,回收率为97.4%~98.2%,相对标准偏差为1.06%~3.34%。结论:结果表明,该方法操作简便快捷,灵敏度高,重现性好,结果准确可靠,能够满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》中草甘膦限量为0.7mg/L的检测需要,是一种快速准确的草甘膦检测方法。 A method for determination of glyphosate in water by ion chromatography was established in this paper.Method: The separation was carried out on ionpac AS-19anion-exchange column and the eluent was 30mmol/L KOH at flow rate of 1.00mL/min.The injection volume was 100μL and the linear range of the method was from 0 to 1.5mg/L. The detection limit was 0.1mg/L. The recoveries were from 97.4% to 98.2%, and the relative standard deviation ranged from 1.06% to 3.34%.Conclusion: The experiment verified that the method was simple, sensitive, reproducible and reliable. Also, this method can meet the need of detection in"Sanitary standard for drinking water"which requires the limit of glyphosate is 0.7mg/L, it was a fast and accurate glyphosate detection method.
