摘要
通过对现场出现的问题分析，剖析现代工业清洗机的设计制造所需解决的问题，指出适合现场的一些设计制造策略。通过合理的先期设计和材料选择，使机床维修、维护的投入成本有较大的节约，降低了各种故障停线。
Through the analysis of field problems,dissected the problems needing to be solved in the design and manufacture of modern industrial cleaning machine, pointed out some strategies suitable for locale.Through the reasonable early design and materials selection, made the cost of machine tool repair and maintenance had a greater saving,reduced various kinds of fault stop line.
