摘要
本研究采用焦性没食子酸为还原剂,在三聚磷酸钠为稳定剂的条件下还原硝酸银制备银粒子溶液,用银粒子溶液处理木纤维,获得载有银粒子的木纤维。对处理后的木纤维进行红外光谱分析,利用扫描电镜对含银粒子的木纤维的表面形貌进行观察,并对含银粒子木纤维进行抗菌防霉腐性能检测。结果表明,经处理的木纤维化学结构没有变化,表面因载有银粒子而更加粗糙。随着载银量的增加,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白腐菌、褐腐菌和黑曲霉明显提高。该研究为制备抗菌纤维板开辟了新思路。
Abstract In this study, solution containing silver particles was prepared by using pyrogallic acid as reducing agent and sodium tripolyphosphate as stabilizer. Wood fibers were treated in the solution containing silver particles to obtain wood fiber loading silver particles. The fibers were analyzed by FTIR and the surface morphology before and after loading silver particles was observed by SEM. The results show that the chemical structure didn't changed. The surface became coarser after loading silver particles. The antibacterial activities towards S. aureus, E. cili, White rot fungi, Brown rot fungi, and Aapergillus niger increased with the increase of silver content. This study provides a new pathway for preparing antibacterial fiberboard.
