摘要
随着高等教育大众化指标的迅速飙升,孔子"有教无类"的教育理想逐步趋于现实。与此同时,大学品质却在与国际对接的情形下相形见绌,同质化倾向使得原本不同的大学在人才培养、科学研究以及服务社会方面失却了优势。而重拾大学的多样性,坚持高等教育的合理分类,对教师、学生进行有效筛选分流,促使教育形成"有教有类"的生态格局,才是提升大学品质的正途。
With the rapid increase in the indexes for popularization of higher education, Confucius' ideal of "education without class distinction" is becoming a reality in China. Meanwhile, the quality of Chinese universities is in decline compared with their foreign partners. The homogenization tendency with them makes the originally distinctive universities lose their advantages in personnel training, scientific research and social service. To improve the quality of Chinese universities, it is vital to make sensible classification and distinction among them. We need to recover the diversity of the university, adhere to reasonable classification of higher education and conduct effective screening and shunting of the teachers and students
