为使学生全面了解现代企业管理的运作,特别是各个岗位的岗位职能,切合行业企业对职业能力和职业素养的实际需求,结合ERP生产性实践基地,进行ERP课程教学改革。将企业真实的设备、工具、环境、任务搬到课堂,将学生置身于真实的制造企业生产现场环境中,以分角色轮岗和岗位任务驱动教学法,使学生亲身体验产品从原材料—半成品—成品—销售品的过程,了解生产车间内最先进的管理方法、管理工具与生产设备。创新了移动办公和学习的教学模式,提高学生学习的效率,并以认证考试方式代替期末考试,真实检验学生的学习效果。
