大唐西市博物馆藏唐代墓志中的折冲府考

On the Zhechong Prefecture Data in Tang Western Market Museum

大唐西市博物馆收藏的400余方唐代墓志中,共记载有68个折冲府名。其中26个为《新唐书·地理志》所未载,可补史阙。其余42个或可与史籍相印证,足以证史;或可藉以知隶属何卫、何州府及何驻地。大唐西市博物馆所藏墓志为研究唐折冲府提供了新材料,具有重要的史料价值。

The collection of epitaphs in Tang Western Market Museum is more than 400 with 68 place names of Zhechong Prefecture. There are 26 place names that do not appear in the Geography Records off ＂New Book of Tang Dynasty＂, which can make up the historical flaw. The remaining 42 are consistent with historical records and are enough to validate historical record. And they can be used to judge the town, county or place of residence each place belongs to. The epitaphs kept in Tang Western Market Museum provide new materials for the study of Zhechong Prefecture in the Tang Dynasty and have an important historical value.
