摘要
基于GSM的信息传送技术具有较高的经济性、可靠性,在野外单点或者多点低数据量传输应用方面具有较高的使用价值。在水利现代化建设中,数据共享是基础,支撑着领导科学的决策。本文阐述了永昌泾站和控制中心数据通信共享的实现,以及数据发布的平台建设。通过使用效果评估可知,该系统在苏州西塘河应用是可行的,具有较高的推广使用价值。
The GSM-based information transmission technology has high economy and reliability, and also has useful value in the field of single point and multi point low data transmission applications. In the modernization of water conservancy, data sharing is the foundation which supports the decision-making of leadership. This paper introduces the realization of data communication sharing between Yongchang Jing Station and control center, as well as the platform construction for data publication. Through the assessment of using effect, the system is feasible in the application in Xitang River in Suzhou City, and has a relatively high application and promotion value.
