PC时代,阿里巴巴取得了巨大成功。移动互联时代的到来,阿里巴巴生态系统面临危机。本文阐述了电子商务生态系统的概念、特点,分析了阿里巴巴生态系统的构建、变革战略,认为该生态系统的变革将使得物种更适应环境,有较好的前景。
Alibaba has achieved great success in the PC era. However, the coming of the Mobile Internet era makes it facing crisis. This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of the electronic commerce ecosystem,analyzes the construction and the reform strategy of the ecological system of Alibaba, and considers that the reform will make the species more adapt to the environment, and will have a good prospect.
