海西经济区中小民企ERP模型的构建与实施

Construction and Implementation of ERP Models for Small and Medium-Sized Corporation in West Coast Economic Zone

本文以海峡西岸经济区中小民企为调查对象,对中小民企在信息化社会背景下的发展形势和ERP应用进行了分析,构建了符合海西区域性特点的ERP逻辑模型,针对特定行业构建了ERP模型的HR拓展,并对实施进程进行了要素分析,最后提出了符合中小民企实施的方式及流程。

Through the survey of small and medium-sized corporations in the Western Coast Economic Zone,and the analysis of their development situation under the background of information society and its ERP application, this paper builds a logical model of ERP in accordance with the characteristics of the zone. The paper also implements HR extensions of the ERP model aiming at particular industries, analyzes the factors of implementation process, and puts forward methods and processes which conform to small and medium-sized corporations.
