China＇s Information Industry and Modern Service Industry has Achieved Substantive Results

信息产业和现代服务业作为国民经济的新增长点，不仅是我国产业结构优化升级的重要组成部分，更已成为其中最具活力和带动效应的领域。信息服务业的发展水平，已经成为决定国家现代化水平和综合国力的关键因素之一。当前，我国信息产业和现代服务业发展相对滞后，自主创新能力较弱，企业核心竞争力不强，严重制约了我国经济的发展。

Faced with increasingly severe environment for industrial development, the importance of the information industry and modem service industry to China＇s economic growth has become increasingly prominent.China promulgated the National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan Outline（2006 - 2020）（hereinafter referred to as ＂Outline＂）to promote the development of information industry and modem service industry at the strategic level. It around the ＂modem service industry and large-scale software applications＂, ＂next generation network key technology and services＂, ＂high-performance trusted computer＂, ＂sensor networks and intelligent information processing,＂＂digital media content platform＂, ＂high-definition large flat-screen display ＂,＂ core application for information security ＂seven priority themes,deployed a number of forward-looking research projects. Since the ＂Outline＂ implementation of the overall research work in the field of China＇s information industry and modem service industry is progressing well, the implementation of the priority themes in good condition.
