摘要
目的了解慢性骨髓炎感染病原菌的菌群分布及药敏情况,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法通过对288份骨髓炎分泌物的培养和药敏试验。结果共培养出细菌283株,G+菌123株,G-菌160株。结论感染的首位病原菌仍是金黄色葡萄球菌,但G-菌的感染率在不断上升占到53%,大于G+菌的感染。喹诺酮类、克林霉素对G+菌的敏感率较高,均在80%以上,一、二代头孢菌素对G-病原菌敏感率较低,均低于35%,三、四代头孢菌素、喹诺酮类、哌拉西林/他巴唑、亚胺培南尚有较高的敏感率。
Objective To understand the distribution and susceptibility of pathogens resulting in chronic osteomyelitis for guiding clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods A total of 288 osteomyelitis secretions were cultured and sensitivity test were conducted. Results There were 283 cases of bacteria, including 123 cases of Gram-positive bacteria and160 cases of Gram-negative bacteria after culture. Conclusion The top pathogen is Staphylococcus aureus, but the infection rate of Gram-negative bacteria is rising continuously until 53%, and is greater than that of Gram-positive bacteria. The susceptibility rates of Gram-positive bacteria to Quinolones, clindamycin were high and all of them were more than 80%. The susceptibility rates of Gram-negative bacteria to the first-generation and the second-generation cephalosporins are low and all of them are less than 35%. And susceptibility rates of Gram-negative bacteria to the third-generation, and the fourth-generation cephalosporins, quinolones, piperacillin/methimazole, imipenem are high.
