正交实验法优选铝酸酯表面改性纳米TiO_2工艺研究

摘要 以铝酸酯偶联剂作为改性剂对纳米(二氧化钛)TiO2进行表面改性研究。采用正交实验法探讨了反应温度、改性剂用量、反应时间、pH值对纳米TiO2表面改性的影响,优选出了最佳工艺条件。通过亲油化度的测定对纳米TiO2的改性效果进行表征。结果表明,铝酸酯偶联剂对纳米TiO2进行了表面改性,各因素对反应影响的顺序依次为改性剂用量>反应温度>反应时间>p H值,最优化的工艺条件为:改性剂用量3%,反应温度80℃,pH值8,反应时间2h。 Surfac, e modification of nano-TiO2 was studied by the using of aluminate coupling agent as modifying agent. The effect of reaetion temperature, the amount of modifying agent, reaction time, pH value to surface modification of nano-TiO2 were discussed and the optimum technological conditions by orthogonal experimental. The modified effect were characterized by measurement of the degree of oil dear. The results show that surface modification of nano-TiO2 was conducted by aluminate coupling agent. The effect order of the various of factors was the amount of modifying agent〉reaction temperature〉reaction time〉pH value. The Optimum technological conditions were amount of modifying agent 3% ,reaction temperature80℃,pH value 8,reaetion time2h.
