关于高职教育发展的几点想法

Reflections on the Development of Vocational Education

近几年来高职教育在政府的扶持下迅速地发展起来，输送了大批具有职业技能的毕业生到各种工作岗位。职教毕业生正成为产业大军的重要来源，和实体经济发展的中坚力量。发展高职教育已成为中国的必然和重要趋势，影响着中国的未来经济发展。本文主要分析湖北省的高职教育发展状况，问题分析并提出相应的建议。

With the trend of developing vocational education, it has seen enormous growth in many provinces or cities in China.As a teacher working in a vocational college for more than ten years, the writer reflects on the development of vocational education, mainly in Hubei Province, its current status, problematic issues and the reasons behind it.Some suggestions are given in the end.
