基于阶梯式项目驱动的创新创业人才培养机制的研究与实践

Investigation and Practice on Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Based on Project Driven of Stairs Type

按照构建创新型人才培养机制的要求,通过研究与实践建立了一套适合本专业学生的创新创业能力培养体系。将本科四年的学习时间划分为四级学习阶梯,在每个阶梯内的课程与创新教育也将呈现阶梯式设计,贯穿四年的实训手段也采用阶梯式案例驱动方式进行。在"承认差别,因材施教"的前提下,渐进式的培养学生创新意识与能力,力争使学生在毕业、择业、就业乃至创业阶段更加适应社会的需要。

According to the requirement of cultivation mechanism of innovative talents,a set of innovative and Entrepreneurial ability cultivation structure is established by investigation and practice in this paper. The whole culti- vation is divided into four stairs, discourse and innovation education in every stair are realized by stairs type,and practical training m four years are still finished by stairs type and case driven. Under the premise of＂ recognition of differences,teach students in accordance with their aptitude＂ ,innovative consciousness and ability are cultivated grad- ually;these methods make the students to be adaptive to the society＇s requirements.
