课证融合背景下高职会计专业培养模式创新——以连云港职业技术学院为例

Innovation of Accounting Majors' Training Mode in Higher Vocational College

高职会计专业的人才培养目标要顺应社会和企业对会计人才的需求,培养学生的会计专业职业能力。通过整合人才培养方案中的课程设置、修订教学大纲等改革实施,推行"课证融合、以证代考"的教学模式改革,可以强化教学质量,提高学生的获证率及就业能力。

In college education, the training goal of the accouting majors should meet the demand of the social and the enterprises.Besides the professional ability of the students should be cultivated. To achieve the destination, teaching mode which includes curriculum in the training prog rams and the teaching programme should be reformed.In this way,the numer ofthe students with certificates is expected to rise.As a result,the teaching quality and the students＇ employment ability could be enhanced.
