摘要
"大班授课,小班研讨"是一种创新型的合作性教学模式,这种模式对于学校而言,可以整合教育资源、培养青年教师技能、提升教学质量与效率,对于学生而言,则可以增强学生自主学习的积极性、培养学生创新思维。在实践过程中,该模式也暴露出一些缺陷,诸如个别学生参与积极性不高、消极对待课程,指导老师不熟悉授课内容等。这些问题可通过选择学生感兴趣的热点问题进行讨论、引入小组间竞争机制、完善考评机制、教师加强对所授内容的自学和学生互动来解决。
Teaching mode of cooperative small-group learning jn large classes has characteristics of innovation and cooperation. The university can benefit from the mode by integrating educational resources and improving skills of young teachers. The mode can enhance students' enthusiasm for learning and cultivate students' innovative thinking. However,some practices showed that the mode cannot maximize its function under the conditions that some students were not active in the small-group learning and teachers were not familiar with the content of the course. The problerrLs can be resolved by selecting hot topics, adopting competition between groups, modifying examination, improving teachers' qualification, and strengthening interaction between students and teachers.
