摘要 目的:优选浸提法提取枸杞多糖的工艺条件。方法:以提取得到的枸杞多糖得率为指标,采用热水浸提法提取,先单因素后正交试验,对热水提枸杞多糖的料液比(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)三个因素进行优选组合。并采用苯酚-浓硫酸法测定枸杞多糖的含量。结果:以提取得到的枸杞多糖得率为指标,热水浸提法提取枸杞多糖的最佳工艺条件为A1B3C3:料液比为1∶15;提取时间2h;提取次数3次。结论:当大规模提取枸杞多糖时,可选用热水浸提法。 Objective optimizing technological conditions of extraction to extract LBP;Method: to extract the LBP rate as an index, USES the hot water extraction, extraction using orthogonal test after single factor first, for the hot water of LBP and solid-liquid ratio (A)(B), extraction time, extraction times (C) three factors for optimizing combination. Using phenol - sulfuric acid method for determining the content of LBP; Consequence :To extract the result of Chinese wolfberry polysaccharides yield as index, the hot water extraction to extract the best process conditions for LBP A1B3C3: material liquid ratio is 1:15; Extracting time 2 h; Extraction times 3 times. Conclusion:when large-scale extract LBP, hot water extraction is the preferred method.
