摘要 目的:优化化癥止痛巴布剂的制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计与多指标综合概率分析方法,以三七皂苷R1和丹皮酚含量作为考察指标,确定化癥止痛巴布剂的最佳制备工艺,并以此制备成化癥止痛巴布剂进行验证性考察。结果:最佳制备工艺为:70%乙醇溶液8倍用量,回流提取1.5h,提取3次巴布剂中三七皂苷R1和丹皮酚的含量最高。基质优选配比结果为卡波姆940:(聚乙烯醇+明胶+甘氨酸铝+柠檬酸):(甘油+丙二醇+CMC-Na+聚丙烯酸钠+Zn O/高岭土)=0.30∶1.2∶2.0,于50°C水浴上以搅拌30min,超声15min除气泡,然后均匀涂布在无纺布上,室温下晾干,加盖聚乙烯薄膜,即得。结论:按照试验选择的最佳基质条件制备成化癥止痛巴布剂效果较好,制备工艺简单,操作方便,指标均符合外敷的各项要求。 Objective: To optimize the preparation process of the disease analgesic poultice. Methods: The orthogonal design and multi- index comprehensive probability analysis methods were taken. The content of notoginsenoside R1 and paeonol were set as the study indexes, to determine the best preparation analgesic poultice of the disease, and so as to make to analgesic poultice of disease for confirmatory study. Results: The best preparation process was as follows: 70% ethanol solution, the amount of 8 times, refluxing 1.5h, extracted three times the maximum content was notoginsenoside R1 and paeonol. The matrix ratio results were Carbopol 940: (polyvinyl + gelatin + A1 + citric acid glycine) :(glycerol + propylene + CMC-Na + sodium polyacrylate + ZnO / kaolin)= 0.30:1.2:2.0, with the water of 50℃ stirring of 30min, 15min ultrasound for Bubble, and then evenly coated on the non-woven fabric to dry at room temperature, cover polyethylene film. Conclusions: The effect of prepared according to test selected optimum Substrates Chenghua disease analgesic poultice is better, the preparation process is simple, and easy to operate, and indicators are in line with the requirements of the external application.
