目的：分析200例精神类药品使用出现的毒副反应,帮助医生合理使用药物。方法：随机抽取2012年4月～2014年11月诊治的200例因使用精神类药品出现毒副反应的患者,然后通过收集医院2012年4月～2014年11月发现的因使用精神类药品而出现的毒副反应,分析精神类药品使用后果。结果：200例因使用精神类药品出现毒副反应的患者,以男性患者居多,会影响神经、消化、内分泌、心血管、血液、皮肤、肾脏以及其他系统正常运行,其中神经系统的毒副反应最为常见。在另一方面,常用药物利培酮、氯氮平、喹硫平、阿立哌唑、氟哌啶醇、奥氮平等会影响患者的不同器官或者系统的运行,其中以利培酮的毒副作用最大。结论：由于精神类药品导致毒副作用非常常见,容易导致患者的身体器官或者系统的运行出现问题,要在临床上加强监测,尽量避免药品的毒副作用,使患者得到有效的治疗。

In on the other hand, the commonly used drug risperdal and clozapine, quetiapine, ppetc, haloperidol, oon equal drugs can affect the operation of different organs or systems, the side effects of the culture ketone was biggest.Conclusion：Side effects due to psychiatric drugs is very common, easy to cause the patient＇s body organs or systems appear problem, so to strengthen monitoring in the clinical, try to avoid the side effects of drugs, to make patients get effective treatment.
