摘要 目的:探讨改变饮食习惯(禁止饮用咸茶)对高血压的影响。方法:选择2013年12月~2014年12月鄂尔多斯市东胜区罕台镇以及周边区域来我院就诊或体检的新发高血压患者并有喝饮咸茶习惯。随机分为甲组(对照组)和乙组(实验组),在口服伲福达治疗的基础上,乙组停饮咸茶一周,干预前后血压下降值为统计数值,应用独立样本t检验进行分析。结果:实验组比对照组收缩压下降(x^-±s:21.84±8.82和15.16±7.10mm Hg,P=0.00)显著,舒张压下降(x^-±s:11.84±6.16和9.37±6.03mm Hg,P=0.06)差异无统计学意义。结论:改变饮食习惯——低盐饮食对控制患者血压,尤其是对收缩压是有益的。 Objective To study the effect of changing diet (no drinking salt tea) on hypertension. Method The patients who Come to our hospital for medical treatment or physical examination are enrolled in Ordos City Dongsheng District Hantai town and the surrounding it during from December 2013 to December 2014, They with drinking salty tea habit are new onset hypertension patients. They were randomly divided into group A (control group) and group B (experimental group), Based on the same oral nifedipine treatment, group B stop drinking salty tea for a week, The blood pressure changing before and after intervention are regarded as statistically values. Using T test for independent samples. Result There are the changing of systolic blood pressure between experimental group and the control group, (x^-±s:21.84±8.82 and 15.16±7.10mm Hg,P=0.00), The changing is statistically significant ; There are the changing of diastolic blood pressure between experimental group and the control group , (x^-±s:11.84±6.16 and 9.37±6.03mm Hg,P=0.06), The changing was not statistically significant. Conclusion The Changing of eating habits Low salt diet is good for blood pressure, especially for systolic blood pressure.
