Event related potentials P 300 is widely used in the early assessment of cognitive function related to disease , especially in neurological disorders and psychiatric diseases .Cognitive impairment seriously affects the long-term quality of life and causes serious economic burden .Because conventional drug treatment is not so effective , event related potentials P 300 can assess and identify the early changes of cognitive function .It provides a reliable objective index for cognitive function assessment .So we can intervene the change of cognitive function early , which is very important to improve the long-term quality of life of patients.
