含缺陷管道复合材料修复后承压能力研究 被引量:18

摘要 压力管道在制造安装运行期间,不可避免形成各种类型的缺陷,如非扩展型表面裂纹、机械划伤、凹陷等。在无法停输的情况下,采用补强技术修复此类非扩展型缺陷是一种行之有效的方法。为了测试复合材料缠绕修复管道焊接处机械损伤缺陷的效果,进行了全尺寸爆破试验,利用试验和有限元模拟方法研究了修复后管道的承压能力,分析了影响修复效果的各种因素。研究结果得出:复合材料修复技术能非常有效地修复管道机械损伤缺陷,修复后管道可以基本恢复承压能力,修复效果与实际工程管道缺陷类型、缺陷尺寸、缺陷位置以及现场修复条件等有紧密关系。 Various types of defects are formed inevitably in pressure pipelines service, such as non-extending surface cracks during the welding process, mechanical scratches, dents, etc. , the use of reinforcement technique to repair these non-extended defects is an effective method in the pipeline cannot shutdown condition. In order to test the reinforcing effect of mechanical damage defects repaired by winding composites, full-scale burst tests were carried out to study the pressure-bearing capacity of repaired pipeline in combination with the finite element simulation method, and the various factors to influence repair effect were analyzed. The results indicated that the composite reinforcement method can effectively repair pipeline mechanical damage defects, in which the bearing ability can be recovered after the repair, the repair effect is closely associated with the actual defect type, defect size, defect location and repair conditions.
