摘要 某立式U形管换热器管子管板采用分段式机械胀接。通过工艺试验,分析了单段机械胀接及两段机械胀接接头的拉脱强度、间隙密封性能、胀管率、换热管表面质量等特性以及与胀接位置的关系,并分析了该种胀接结构的可靠性。 Sectional mechanical rolling was adopted on a vertical U-tube heat exchanger.Performance such as strength, leak tightness, expansion ratio and surface quality were analyzed based on single and sectional roiling joints. Also relationship between rolling position and connecting performance were analyzed. Relia- bility of the designed rolling structure was analyzed and proved.
