Regulation on Cross Border Capital Flow under the Condition of Local Currency Internationalization

当前世界经济形势和政策继续分化,人民币国际化进程稳步推进,大规模跨境资本因美元走强流出新兴经济体,因此加强其监管具有必要性。通过对美元、德国马克和日元的本币跨境资本流动监管进行深度分析,从中得出关于人民币跨境资本流动监管的重要启示。

Considering that the current world economic situation and policies continue to divide,and that the pro-cess of internationalization of RMB is being forward steadily,large-scale cross-border capital flows out of New Emerg-ing Economies due to a stronger dollar,so it is necessary to strengthen its supervision. Then a deep analysis of regula-tion on cross-border capital flows of dollar,German mark and yen is expanded,which reveals some significant conclu-sions on the regulation of RMB cross-border capital flow.
