牡丹江市学生中健康人群麻疹抗体水平分析 被引量:1

Healthy people measles antibodies level analysis of among students in Mudanjiang city

摘要 目的了解牡丹江市学生中健康人群麻疹免疫水平状况,为加速控制和消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法 2013年牡丹江市设10个监测点,以县(市)、区为单位按照分层整群抽样(PPS)选取小学组、初中组、高中组及大学组共4个年龄组的健康人群作为观察对象,并采集血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定麻疹Ig G抗体。结果10个监测点共采集健康人群血清标本11 042份,麻疹抗体阳性率为96.36%。不同地区健康人群麻疹抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=115.94,P<0.05),不同性别人群麻疹抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.100,P>0.05),不同年龄组健康人群麻疹抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=39.8,P<0.05)。结论牡丹江市学生麻疹免疫状况较好,不同县区、不同年龄组、不同性别学生的阳性率均达到较高水平,在学生群体中能够形成有效的免疫屏障。 Objective To understand the status of measles immune levels of healthy population in Mudanjiang city, and to provide scientific basis for accelerating measles control and elimination. Methods 10 monitoring points were set up in Mudanjiang in 2013, 4 groups of healthy people, including primary - school group, jun- ior- middle- school group, senior- middle -school group and university group, were sampled by Stratified cluster sampling (PPS) . Serum samples were collected to determine measles IgG antibody by ELISA. Results 11042 serum samples were collected. The positive rate of measles antibody in healthy people was 96. 36%. There were significant difference of positive rate of measles antibody between different regions (χ2 = 115.94, P 〈 0. 05 ) and different age groups (χ2 = 39.8, P 〈 0. 05 ), and no statistically difference between different sex groups (χ2 = 0. 100 , P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The measles immune in healthy people in Mudanjiang city is in good status and the measles antibody levels in different counties, ages and gender groups all have reached a higher level, so that the immune barrier is effective in protecting student population.
