辉县市城区美容美发店卫生状况调查分析

Beauty salons health status investigation analysis in Hui county

目的了解辉县市城区美容美发店的卫生状况,为加强公共场所卫生监督和管理提供依据。方法按照《美容美发场所卫生监督量化分级评分表》对辉县市城区93家已取得卫生许可证的理发美容店进行卫生状况调查,依据GB9666-1996《理发店、美容店卫生标准》进行评价。结果 93家单位化妆品索证合格率、从业人员持证率相对较低,分别为86.02%和90.87%;美容美发店公共用具消毒结果不甚满意,总合格率为84.96%。其中毛巾合格率73.68%、洗面盆合格率92.50%、剪刀合格率90.91%、梳子合格率89.09%,四者差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.60,P<0.01)。结论应加强美容美发业经常性卫生监督和从业人员卫生知识培训,加大监督执法力度,改善美容美发场所卫生状况。

Objective To understand the health status of beauty salons in Hui county, to provide the basis for health supervision and management of public places. Methods According to the Hairdressing health supervi- sion quantification score chart on the city 93 home has to obtain health permits barber and beauty shops health survey were evaluated according to GB9666 - 1966 Barber shop, beauty shop health standards. Results Of the 93 units cosmetics certificate qualification rate, practitioners certified rate is relatively low, respectively 86. 02% and 90. 87% ; not satisfied with the beauty salon public utensils disinfection results, the total quali- fied rate was 84. 96%. The towel qualified rate 73.68%, wash basin 92. 50% pass rate, pass rate of 90. 91%, scissors comb pass rate of 89. 09%, there was significant difference between the four groups （χ2 = 11.60, P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions Should strengthen the hairdressing industry regular health supervision and training of health knowledge among workers, and intensify supervision of law enforcement, improve the health status of hairdressing places.
