西宁地区职业人群布鲁杆菌病流行病学调查分析

Brucellosis epidemiology investigation and analysis of occupational population in Xining area

目的通过对西宁地区职业人群布鲁杆菌病进行调查,掌握布鲁杆菌病在职业人群中的流行情况,科学制定的综合防治措施。方法采用流行病学调查和血清学检测获得布鲁杆菌病疫情资料。结果 2014年西宁地区职业人群调查672人,感染25人,感染率为3.72%;患病15人,患病率为2.23%;患者均得到规范治疗。血检672人份,SAT阳性25人份,阳性率为3.72%;RBPT阳性33人,阳性率为4.91%。结论西宁地区职业人群中布鲁杆菌病疫情整体相对稳定,但部分职业疫情相对严重。

Objective To master the Brucellosis prevalence of occupational population in Xining, and scientifi- cally formulate comprehensive prevention and control measures based on Brucellosis epidemiology investigation and analysis of occupational population in Xining. Methods Applied epidemiological survey and serological methods to obtain Brucellosis epidemic information. Results Among occupational population in Xining during 2014, we investigated 672 people, 25 infected, infected rate was 3.72% ; 15 sick, prevalence was 2. 23% ; all patients had received standard treatment. Test 672 samples for serological methods, 25 showed SAT posi- tive, positive rate was 3.72% ; 33 showed RBPT positive, positive rate was 4. 91%. Conclusions Brucellosis prevalence of occupational population in Xining was relatively stable as a whole, but some profession~ preva- lence was relatively serious.
