阿昔洛韦联合干扰素治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎临床观察

Clinical observation of Acyclovir combined interferon to treat of herpes simplex viral keratitis

目的观察阿昔洛韦联合干扰素治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法选择2014-2015年某院治疗的60例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者,随机分成两组,观察组和对照组各30例,其中观察组治疗43只眼、对照组治疗42只眼。对照组常规用阿昔洛韦眼药水滴眼,观察组给予阿昔洛韦联合干扰素10单位球结膜下注射,每天1次,每次1 ml,同时成人肌肉注射干扰素100万单位,儿童肌肉注射100万单位/m2,隔日1次,均给予5～7次。结果治疗2 w后,观察组治愈8只眼,好转23只眼,总有效率72.1%;对照组治愈5只眼,好转18只眼,总有效率54.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.840,P〈0.05）。治疗后,治疗组视力〉0.4共36只眼（83.7%）,对照组29只眼（69.0%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.970,P〈0.05）。结论阿昔洛韦联合干扰素治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎较单纯使用阿昔洛韦疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

After treatment, the visual acuity of the treatment group was 〉 0. 4 in 36 eyes （83.7%）, the control group was 29 eyes （69%）, the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （χ2 =8.970, P 〈0.05） . Conclusions Acyclovir and interferon treatment of herpes simplex keratitis, than the simple use of acyclovir has good cur-ative effect.
