周期性肢动症相关的心率变化1例报告及文献复习
Heart rate changes associated with periodic leg movements during sleep：a case report and review of litera- ture
摘要
周期性肢动症（PeriodicLimbMovementsdur‐ingSleep，PLMS）是一种睡眠相关的运动障碍，以睡眠期反复出现不自主的肢体运动为特征，主要见于下肢，偶尔累及上肢，表现为拇趾伸展、踝背屈、膝髋屈曲，每次持续0．5～10s，间隔5～90s出现一次［1］。PLMS常伴随一些疾病出现，在不宁腿综合征（Rest‐lessLegsSyndrome，RLS）患者中尤其高发，达80％～88％［2］。一些国外研究证实伴随PLM的发生，心率出现典型的“心动过速－过缓”的变化，但是国内尚未见到类似报道，现对1例老年PLMS患者的PLM相关的心率变化进行分析，并进行相关文献复习，报道如下。
